Chartan was founded by Inkersall Kirstie (Breeze) way back in 1975 and we have always strived to produce dual purpose puppies, on the way competing in obedience, agility,working trials and field trials as well as breed shows. I am proud to have bred and worked the 1st Gordon Setter bitch to have qualified CDex.
I hope to continue to produce sound Gordons, who look good and can do the job and be a loving companion too.
Stop press! We now have a field trial award too! Chartan Purple Patch (Hazel) was awarded a Certificate of Merit at the Scottish Field Trial Society's Novice stake 10th August 2008.
