Rebecca also her litter on the 2nd November and what a surprise, Eleven in total, three girls and eight boys. Rebecca is just like her mother Maggie and her grandmother Rachel before her and is a natural mother, her babies are so content.
Rebecca is a dark golden and she was mated to Remus who is mid golden. Although Rebecca is five this is her very first litter and it is also Remus's first too, so they did really well to produce such a lovely litter.
Elouise had her babies on the 26th October, five in total but one was a very tiny girl and unfortunately she didn't make it. The other four are doing well and growing almost as you watch them. Elouise as always is she a good mother and they are thriving on her attention. She has two boys and two girls.
We have just mated Elouise (Orlas She's So Special) to Ben (Orlas Springtime Serenade). Their puppies will be due around the 26th October 2008.
Elouise is a very loving, outgoing girl and she has given us some wonderful puppies in the past. This will be her last litter.
Ben is a lovely quiet, gentle boy. This will only be his second litter, last year he sired a litter to Phoebe (Goldkitts Three Times A Lady among Orlas), most of those puppies were outstanding.
Elouise's hip scores are 6:3 total 9 and Ben's hip scores are 6:6 total 12.
All our puppies leave us with a diet sheet, contract, a small amount of food, a comfort blanket and a goody bag.
